5. Payment Processing
Online purchases are processed through Stripe. Depending on your chosen payment method, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other supported payment providers may also process personal information under their own privacy notices. We generally receive payment confirmation, transaction references and information needed to manage orders and refunds. We do not ask you to provide full payment card details directly to us.
6. Sharing Your Information
We share personal information where necessary with payment providers, delivery and logistics providers, website hosting and technology providers, and relevant professional advisers or public authorities where justified or required by law. 7. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website is built using Framer, which provides its own privacy-focused analytics. Framer describes its built-in analytics as not relying on tracking cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. At the time of our review, no Google Analytics measurement ID was entered in Framer’s built-in integration and no custom scripts were listed in its Custom Code settings.
Other platform features, embedded services, external websites and payment providers may nevertheless use cookies or similar technologies. Browser checks made during setup showed cookies in a session that also contained Framer-related domains, but did not establish that those cookies were set by our published website. Accordingly, we do not claim that the entire customer journey is cookie-free.
Where we deploy technologies that require consent under applicable law, we will provide appropriate information and consent controls. Third-party checkout or linked websites may operate under their own cookie and privacy notices.
8. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil its purpose, comply with legal duties and address potential disputes. Order and financial records may need to be retained for several years under tax and accounting rules. Correspondence and contact-form enquiries will be retained according to their purpose and any applicable legal needs, and removed when no longer required.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information and use established hosting and payment providers. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We assess and respond to personal data breaches in accordance with applicable law.
10. Your Data Protection Rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal data; restrict or object to processing; receive eligible data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where consent is used. Contact support@andrewaboim.com to make a request. We will respond within the legally applicable timeframe.
11. International Data Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where restricted international transfers occur, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as applicable adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual safeguards, where required. You may ask us for more information about relevant safeguards.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our puzzles may be enjoyed by children and families, but purchases are intended to be made by adults. We do not knowingly seek to collect children’s personal information directly for puzzle sales. Please contact us if you believe information about a child was provided inappropriately.
