We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product availability may change.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you confirm your purchase.

Delivery charges are additional unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Placing an Order

To purchase a puzzle, select the product through our website and follow the checkout instructions.

Before completing your purchase, please check the product quantity, delivery details and total amount payable.

By submitting your order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods.

An automated acknowledgement of payment or receipt of your order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted, or when we dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.

If we are unable to accept an order, we will inform you and arrange a refund of any payment already taken.

We reserve the right to decline an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, suspected fraud or an error in the information displayed at checkout.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, using the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Depending on availability, these may include debit or credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and other supported payment services.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

We do not directly collect or store customers’ full payment card details.

Payment services may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

Any refund due will normally be made to the original payment method.

6. Product Availability and Pre-orders

Products are offered subject to availability.

Where a product is in stock, we will arrange dispatch in accordance with the delivery information provided at checkout.

Where a product is offered for pre-order, we will clearly identify it as such and communicate the expected dispatch or delivery timeframe before you place your order.

If stock becomes unavailable or an expected delivery timeframe changes, we will contact affected customers and explain the available options.

We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Your statutory cancellation and delivery rights remain unaffected.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK delivery for a single puzzle is currently £3.99.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

Delivery arrangements for orders containing multiple puzzles may differ according to quantity, weight and packaging requirements. Any applicable charge must be presented and agreed before payment.

Once dispatched, standard delivery is estimated to take 3–5 business days, subject to the delivery service used.

Dispatch times and delivery estimates are separate. The expected delivery timeframe for your order will be communicated before purchase.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

If delivery is delayed or your order does not arrive, please contact support@andrewaboim.com.

We remain responsible for delivery of goods until they are delivered to you or another person you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable consumer law.

For further information, please refer to our Delivery Policy.

8. Delivery Information Provided by Customers

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If you discover an error in your delivery information, please contact us promptly.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before dispatch, although amendments may not always be possible once a parcel has entered the delivery network.

Nothing in this section excludes our responsibilities under applicable consumer law.

9. Your Right to Cancel

Customers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel their purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving their goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.

You may contact us at support@andrewaboim.com or use the optional cancellation form provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Following notification of cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Opening the puzzle packaging does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.

However, where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, an appropriate deduction may be made to reflect a reduction in value, where permitted by law.

For full details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind and exercise your statutory cancellation right, you will generally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

Where required by law, we will refund the purchase price and applicable original standard delivery charges.

Refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory timeframe, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Please contact support@andrewaboim.com before arranging a return so that we can provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Your statutory cancellation rights do not depend on receiving our prior approval.

Please do not send product returns to our registered office.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides further information, including an optional cancellation form.

11. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If your puzzle is faulty, damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact us.

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement or another remedy, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

12. Educational and Religious Content

From Creation to Christ is an educational jigsaw puzzle inspired by the biblical narrative.

It is designed for personal, family, educational and group enjoyment.

The puzzle’s illustrations, accompanying materials and explanations are intended to communicate and encourage engagement with biblical themes.

This does not affect our obligation to provide the product as described on our website.

13. Intellectual Property

The product artwork, original text, product branding, website content and associated designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, to the extent that such rights subsist and are owned by or licensed to InnovateX Solutions Ltd.

Purchase of a puzzle does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights in its design or content.

You may use the product for normal personal and educational purposes.

You must not reproduce, commercially distribute or otherwise exploit protected artwork or original content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section restricts lawful uses of material that is not protected by intellectual property rights.

14. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access to its systems.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These provisions do not remove rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts:

• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

• Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or that did not arise from a breach of our obligations.

Nothing in this section affects any remedy to which you are legally entitled.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and process personal information for purposes including order processing, delivery, customer support and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Further information about how we handle personal data, including your rights under UK data protection law, is available in our Privacy Policy.

If you have a question or complaint about your order, please contact:

Email: support@andrewaboim.com

Please include your order reference and a description of the issue, where available.

We will investigate your concern and respond appropriately.

Nothing in this section prevents you from pursuing available statutory remedies or seeking assistance from relevant consumer protection authorities.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our business, products, services or legal requirements.

The terms applicable to your purchase will generally be those in effect when the contract is formed, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.

Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised date.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live.

If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, nothing in these terms deprives you of applicable mandatory legal protections or your right to bring proceedings in an appropriate court in your home jurisdiction.
