FULL RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for purchasing From Creation to Christ. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you change your mind or experience a problem with your puzzle, this policy explains your rights, how to arrange a return and how refunds are processed.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel their order without giving a reason.
You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period normally begins after the final item has been received.
To exercise your right to cancel, please email support@andrewaboim.com, stating your intention to cancel and providing your order reference where available.
You may also use the cancellation form provided at the end of this policy.
2. Returning an Unwanted Puzzle
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the puzzle back.
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
We ask that you:
Package the puzzle securely to prevent damage during return transit.
Include your order reference where possible.
Retain proof of postage until your return has been resolved.
You may open the packaging and inspect the puzzle as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a shop.
However, if the puzzle has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in value, where permitted by law.
Opening the puzzle packaging does not automatically remove your statutory right to cancel.
3. Return Postage Costs
If you cancel because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the puzzle.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, particularly where the parcel contains multiple puzzles.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied puzzle, we will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Please contact customer support before arranging a return so that we can advise you on the appropriate process.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund:
The price paid for the returned goods.
The original standard delivery charge, where applicable.
If you selected a delivery service more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost.
Where only part of an order is cancelled, any refund of the original delivery charge will depend on the applicable legal requirements and circumstances.
We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. No refund processing fee will be charged.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Puzzles
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If your puzzle arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, is incomplete or is different from the product you ordered, please contact support@andrewaboim.com.
Where possible, include your order reference, a description of the problem and photographs that help us understand the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a refund or replacement.
For qualifying faulty goods, customers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject the goods for a refund. After this period, other statutory rights may apply, including rights to repair, replacement or, in appropriate circumstances, a price reduction or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
6. Orders Cancelled Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at support@andrewaboim.com.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will arrange cancellation and a refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your applicable statutory cancellation rights and follow the returns process described above.
7. Items Returned Without Prior Contact
We recommend contacting us before posting a return so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
However, your statutory right to cancel is not dependent upon receiving our prior approval.
Please do not send product returns to our registered office address.
Contact customer support for the appropriate returns destination.
8. Refund Processing
Once your refund has been issued, the time taken for it to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will ordinarily be made through the payment method used for the original transaction, including payments processed through Stripe or PayPal.
We will confirm when your refund has been processed.
